Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
At Richardson Denture Clinic we want to ensure you receive second-to-none service! As part of our service we will call to confirm your upcoming appointment. So this works best, please make sure we have your most recent contact details, we would feel bad if we missed you! As our services are in high demand please don’t miss or cancel your appointment last minute (within 24 hours) or a cancellation fee may be charged to you. We hate charging this fee, we would much rather treat and help you, but we do this so we are able to help the most people possible, I am sure you can understand. The way we see it is that once your appointment is booked we are dedicated 100% to you. We request the same in return.
